When you buy, book or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing details and the information you send us about your business. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe, Airwallex and PayPal, and PayNow through Airwallex); we never see or store your full card number.
To deliver what you bought: receipts, onboarding emails and WhatsApp messages, booking your sessions, support, and keeping accounting and tax records. With your consent, we may also send you updates about our services; you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or rent your information.
Only the service providers we need to run the business: our CRM (HighLevel), our email and calendar provider (Google), and our payment providers. Each of them handles your data under its own privacy terms. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.
In our CRM and business email, which may be hosted outside Singapore. We keep your information for as long as you are a client and for as long as required for accounting and tax records (generally 5 years), then delete it.
Our internal assistant app ("Sage Assistant") connects only to our own Google accounts to read and organise our own email, calendar and files. It does not access anyone else's Google account. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent to marketing, at any time, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
