These terms apply to every service you buy from us through this website, a payment link, a quote or an invoice. By paying, you agree to them.
We design, build and maintain sales funnels, CRM systems and AI automation on GoHighLevel for coaches, consultants and small businesses, and we coach clients to run them. What each package includes and excludes is listed on our services and pricing page or in your written quote. Anything not listed there is not included.
Timelines depend on you sending what we ask for on time: access to your GoHighLevel account, your logo, offer details, content and approvals. If a project is on hold for more than 30 days because we are waiting on you, we may close it and invoice the work done.
Our work runs on third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel, WhatsApp, email providers, domain registrars and AI providers). Their fees, ad spend and usage charges are paid by you directly to the provider unless your plan says they are included. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes made by those platforms.
Your content (logo, copy, images, contacts and data) stays yours. Once you have paid in full, the pages, workflows and automations we build in your account are yours to use in your business. Our templates, training videos and methods stay ours; the Starter Kit is licensed for use in your own business only and may not be resold or shared.
We build systems designed to help you get clients, but your results depend on your offer, audience, traffic and follow-through. We do not guarantee any income, number of leads or sales.
We keep your business information and logins private and use them only to deliver your service. You agree not to share our private training materials.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
We may update these terms; the version in force when you paid applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
