Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery: digital services only

We sell digital services. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping fees or shipping times. Everything is delivered online: in your own GoHighLevel account, over Zoom or Google Meet, by email and on WhatsApp.

Service	How and when it is delivered
Starter Kit (S$497)	System installed in your GoHighLevel account within 2 working days of receiving your login email; video walkthroughs and setup guide by email; 60-minute handover call booked online.
CRM Launch Coaching (S$1,500)	Four weekly 90-minute live build sessions online, booked after payment, plus 30 days of WhatsApp support.
Done-For-You System (from S$4,000)	Built in your account, usually live in about 3 weeks after kickoff and receipt of your materials. You approve a preview before go-live.
Monthly plans	Delivered each month as described on the pricing page, starting from your first payment.

Refunds

Starter Kit: full refund if you ask within 7 days of payment and before the system is installed in your account. Once it is installed and the materials are sent, it is non-refundable.
CRM Launch Coaching: full refund if you cancel before your first session. After that, sessions already held are non-refundable; unused sessions are refunded at S$375 each.
Done-For-You deposit: fully refundable within 7 days of payment if the kickoff call has not taken place. After kickoff, the deposit covers work started and is non-refundable. The go-live balance is due only when the system is ready for your approval.
Monthly plans: no refunds for a month already started. After the minimum term, cancel any time with 30 days' written notice.
Third-party fees (GoHighLevel, domains, WhatsApp, AI usage, ad spend) are paid to those providers and cannot be refunded by us.

If we cannot deliver a service we have been paid for, you get a full refund for the part not delivered.

How to ask for a refund

Email lucas@freedomfunnelscoach.com with your name, the service and your payment date. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (card, PayPal or PayNow) within 10 working days; your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it.

Problems with a payment

Please contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or PayPal. Most issues are sorted out within a day.
